The Tokyo Station area is one of Tokyo's busiest and the surrounding area is a business and banking district. All Bullet Train/Shinkansen trains depart from Tokyo Station, and Highway buses leave from near the Yaesu South exit. The station has seen a lot of renovation and now has a many restaurants and several hotels.
