Akasaka has a full compliment of hotels, from very upscale to more modest lodgings. While not a tourist area, Akasaka is centrally located, and a good place for getting about Tokyo. Roppongi, Ginza, and Shibuya are all only a few stops away and several subway lines connect here.
The New Otani Hotel in Akasaka is one of the more luxurious hotels in the area. Top-service, well appointed rooms and a great location make it a great place to stay.
